School Closure Notice
St Louis Voices Academy of Media Arts served its final class of Creators during the 2025-2026 school year. We are thankful to your families and community for their support!
EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION: Employees who served through the last day of school were provided Employment Verification letters dated May 22. These letters were e-signed, with the document trail included for verification. Any outstanding Human Resources concerns should be addressed to hr@stlouisvoicesacademy.org
STUDENT RECORDS REQUESTS
Requests from Receiving Schools: As part of the enrollment process, most schools will submit a records request to SLVA. Please direct them to submit their release form and requests to closure@stlouisvoicesacademy.org
The school's request will be queued and processed in the order it is received.
Parent Requests: As a standard component of the school's closure, parents/guardians are provided a digital copy of their student's records. Please check ClassDojo or your email to access the Parent/Guardian Records Request form.
Completing this form ensures we have the correct information to release your student's files. Records will be delivered via a direct link, allowing you to download the files for storage or printing. Requests will be queued and processed in the order they are received.
SLPS/Commission Archive: As a standard component of the school's closure, SLVA is required to provide SLPS and the MO Public Charter School Commission a digital copy of all students' records. In the event you need your scholar's records once SLVA is no longer able to process requests, you can obtain a copy from either of the two entities -- SLPS/MPCSC.
