Voices Action 1: Apply
St. Louis Voices Academy of Media Arts is a public charter school in the City of St. Louis. It is free for Kindergarten through 4th grade and open to all students who reside in the City of St. Louis. To apply for the 2026-2027 school year, visit the SchoolAppSTL site.
In cooperation with other Charter schools/networks, St. Louis Voices Academy of Media Arts and all schools using the SchoolAppSTL site will have just one lottery per year.
All applications to SLVA must be received through the SchoolAppSTL site. Applications open October 1st and must be in by March 1th. The SLVA Lottery will take place on March 6th. Families will be notified of offers on March 9th and must accept one spot at one school by March 16th. Applicants will be notified via email that they have been offered a seat.
After March 16th admissions will be on a rolling basis. Once a seat is offered, it should be accepted or declined within five business days. SLVA Enrollment and Lottery Policies will be furnished to families upon application via automated email.

Once you have accepted your seat at SLVA through the SchoolAppSTL site or by confirming with SLVA’s enrollment team, you'll continue the enrollment process directly with SLVA. You must accept a seat before starting registration.
The final step in the enrollment process is to schedule a Friday to join creators at SLVA for fun, enrollment, tours, and registration, finalizing with the team. We’ll take this time to answer your questions and ensure your enrollment forms are filled out completely while engaging you with the culture of the Voices community.
